Four Seasons chefs in nine East Coast cities are taking their culinary talents on the road from September 15 to November 11, 2014. Follow the Four Seasons Food Truck during its 43-day, 1,037-mile (1,670-kilometre) journey from Boston to Miami and savour the gourmet street food being served up in each destination.

Street food has a rich history in the Big Apple, so expect the chefs from Four Seasons Hotel New York to dish out classics with a gourmet twist. With its location along the shore of a historic harbour, Baltimore is famous for its crab. Put in an order for the signature Crab Burger from Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore when the Food Truck pays a visit to Johns Hopkins University for a “Think Pink” lunch on October 8.
